Air France has recently jazzed up their customer experience with a swanky new check-in area at Terminal 2E in Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG). The French airline has given the spot a modern makeover to speed up the check-in process and make it a more efficient and pleasant experience for travelers eligible for their SkyPriority service.
The redesign boasts sleek new architecture and design elements, exemplifying Air France’s commitment to providing a top-notch travel experience. The airline aims to elevate its services and create a more upscale environment for passengers. In this revamped check-in zone, Air France staff will be on hand to assist customers every step of the way, ensuring a smooth journey through the airport. Additionally, there will be an expanded self-service area, set to be equipped with automatic gates by November 2025.
For those privileged to avail of these services, there are now separate queues available for various categories of travelers, including Flying Blue Ultimate customers, Air France concierge travelers, and passengers with disabilities. Furthermore, Flying Blue members with Silver status and above, as well as those flying in La Première, Business, and Premium cabins, will enjoy priority access at different checkpoints throughout the airport.
Air France continues to step up its game, as demonstrated by the introduction of its swanky La Premiere first class cabin. Currently, the La Premiere cabin is accessible on select flights departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) to destinations such as Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Tokyo, and Washington DC.
With these enhancements, Air France aims to set a new standard in travel comfort and convenience, ensuring that passengers enjoy a seamless and stylish journey from check-in to touchdown.
