ANA is stepping up their in-flight cuisine game with the introduction of plant-based ramen for passengers in international first and business class. This delightful offering, named ‘ANA Original Ramen’, will make its debut as a light meal option starting March 1, 2025. Passengers departing from Japan can savor the ‘ANA ORIGINAL’ MEGUMINO HOKKAIDO Negi Miso Ramen, a delectable combination of Hokkaido miso and vegetable broth infused with hints of garlic and ginger. Complemented by chewy, medium-thick noodles and a side of fresh green onions, this ramen promises to be a satisfying experience at 30,000 feet.

For travelers flying overseas, ANA presents the ‘ANA ORIGINAL’ KAORU FUKUOKA Tonkotsu Style Ramen, featuring a creamy, rich broth derived from a sesame paste base and a mix of veggies. Served with extra-thin noodles and traditional Fukuoka toppings like kikurage mushrooms and red ginger, this dish can be further customized with ANA’s Ma-Yu style flavored oil. The fusion of flavors is sure to delight discerning palates and offer a taste of Japan to passengers from around the world.

The plant-based ramen will be available on select First and Business Class ANA-operated international flights to various destinations. From the US to Europe, Asia, and Oceania, passengers can relish this culinary innovation on routes that include major international airports such as Seattle Tacoma, San Francisco, London Heathrow, Singapore Changi, and many more.
