With an impressive investment of AED 3 million ($810,000) and a capacity to accommodate up to 200 crewmembers simultaneously across its seven distinct zones, the Crew Zone is strategically situated on the ground floor of the Emirates Group Headquarters near Dubai International Airport, Emirates' primary operational hub.

The Crew Zone serves as a multifunctional hub where crew members can indulge in a plethora of activities, ranging from enjoying a quick coffee break, seeking advice, attending workshops on professional and personal development, receiving consultations at the Beauty Hub, to unwinding and connecting with colleagues.

Underscoring Emirates' dedication to nurturing employee well-being and growth, the Crew Zone is envisioned as a communal space to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie among the crew as well as with other departments within the airline.

Each of the seven designated zones within the Crew Zone cater to specific activities and requirements. The Emirates Crew Engagement Zone serves as a versatile space for crew to stay abreast of the airline's latest initiatives, product launches, and receive in-person training and workshops.
