Philippine Airlines (PAL) has just announced the expansion of its flight services in Vietnam, making traveling between Manila and Da Nang easier than ever before. The inaugural flight, PR 585, took off from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) and touched down at Da Nang International Airport (DAD) right on schedule. With plans to initially operate thrice-weekly flights, PAL aims to increase the frequency to four times a week by November 2025, all with the comfort of their A321 aircraft accommodating 199 passengers in Business Class and Economy Class.

The A321, decked out in the distinctive colors of the Philippine flag carrier, opens up a world of travel possibilities for both leisure and business passengers alike. PAL's dedication to providing top-notch service was evident during the send-off ceremony held at Terminal 1 to mark this special occasion. Da Nang, known for its rich cultural experiences, breathtaking scenery, and access to UNESCO World Heritage Sites, has been gaining traction as a must-visit holiday destination.

President Richard Nuttall was proud to share his excitement about this new route, stating, "We at Philippine Airlines are thrilled to establish this vital link between Manila and Da Nang." He further emphasized, "By adding Da Nang to our route map, we are now proudly connecting three key destinations in Vietnam, showcasing the enduring friendship between the Filipino and Vietnamese people. We are eager to fly passengers to the heart of Central Vietnam, providing an unforgettable travel experience every step of the way."
