The child's mother, sharing the incident on social media, expressed her worry over the potential impact of alcohol consumption on her little one. Seeking medical advice, the flight purser utilized MedLink, a valuable tool connecting flights with medical experts on the ground in emergency situations. A French doctor onboard assessed the boy, finding no immediate ill effects from the accidental consumption of alcohol. Nevertheless, the parents are arranging thorough medical evaluations with pediatric specialists as a precaution.
Cathay Pacific responded to the incident promptly, extending apologies to the family and offering a refund for their tickets.
