Lanmei Training Center, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is a premier aviation training institution dedicated to developing the next generation of pilots. As an Approved Training Organization (ATO) recognized by the Secretary of State for Civil Aviation (SSCA), Lanmei Training Center offers comprehensive programs including the Multi Pilot Licence (MPL) cadet program, Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) and type rating courses, as well as training in aircraft maintenance, cabin crew, and dispatch. The MPL program is a 24-month integrated course that includes an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) training, A320 type rating, and 200 hours of initial operating experience. Successful cadets are guaranteed a two-year contract as First Officers with Lanmei Airlines.
