Middle Georgia State University's School of Aviation is Georgia's only public, 4-year aviation program, offering a range of degrees and certificates in aviation science and management. The school provides training under Part 141 and 61, with a fleet of 30 airplanes, 4 helicopters, and advanced simulators. Students can pursue tracks in Professional Flight (airplane and helicopter), Management, and various certificate programs like Aviation Maintenance Technology and Air Traffic Management.
