Rick Aviation, Inc., established in 1978 by former U.S. Air Force serviceman John Bombaro, has evolved into the only full-service Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) at Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport. With over 30 experienced aviation professionals, the company offers comprehensive services including aircraft maintenance, fueling, and flight training. The flight school is an FAA-Approved Part 141 Pilot School, and the maintenance department is an FAA Part 145-certified Repair Station. Rick Aviation welcomes international students and is authorized to offer GI Bill®️ educational benefits. It is also a PSI Testing Center and a veteran-owned business, committed to providing consistent and high-quality aviation support services.
