A320 Captains

We are very excited to announce that we have launched our latest recruitment campaign for Heston Airlines in their search for A320 Captains, with premium market-leading remuneration for summer 2025.

Heston Airlines is a newly established European carrier, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania. A member of the Heston Aviation Group, a consolidated group of companies focused on aviation assets leasing, trading, maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The airline operates Airbus A320 aircraft, providing short and long-term services worldwide.

On offer is a 6-month contract ending 31^st October 2025.

Benefits Package:

• €12,000 Gross per month
• €8,000 end of contract bonus
• 8 block days off per month
• €500 extra day off payment

Role Requirements: 

• Right to live and work in the EU
• Must be able to start OCC training in May 2025
• EASA ATPL with A320, IR/PBN ratings
• 3000 minimum total time on multi pilot aircraft
• 1000 hours minimum on A320
• Must be current and recent on A320, ideally within 6 months
• Valid LPC until October minimum
• ELP 4+
• Class I medical certificate issued in accordance with Part-MED requirements
