A330 Captains and First Officers

Our airline client, SriLankan Airlines, is a long-established Flag Carrier in Asia, operating with a network of destinations throughout Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and Europe. 

We are looking for A330 Captains and First Officers to join our airline client on a direct hire by the airline. 

This role offers an attractive remuneration and benefit package. 

• Current ICAO/EASA/FAA ATP Licence
• Current A330 type-rating endorsed on the licence
• Total Flying Hours: 
• Captains: 5,500 hours
• FOs: 1,500 hours 
• Total hours on type:
• Captains: 1,000 PIC hours
• FOs: 500 SIC hours
• ELP - Level 4 or above
• Valid Class 1 Medical - under one Authority
• No accident/incident records

• Contract length: 2-year (renewable)
• Basic Salary:      
• Captains: $7,890 per month
• First Officers: $4,710 per month
• Type Allowance: 
• Single fleet (Only A330): $700 pm for Captains and $400 pm for FOs
• Mix fleet (Both A330/320): $1,000 pm for Captains and $600 pm for FOs
• Accommodation Allowance: 
• Captains: $2,500 per month
• First Officers: $1,500 per month

• Settlement Allowance (one-off at the beginning of employment)
• Captains: $3,945
• First Officers: $2,355
• Perdiem + Overtime
• Block Hours average: 50-65 hours per roster

• Relocation & Repatriation: flight tickets for you and family members
• Children Support Allowance: $300 per child per month (up to 3 children)
• Staff travel: ID tickets within the airlines network
• 28-day annual leave
• 14-day sick leave
• Visa, Work Permit, Licence validation
• Medical scheme
• Accident and Loss of Licence Insurance

Airline Training:

• Duration: 3-6 weeks (depending on the frequency of flying)
• Allowance during training: 
• Captains: $3,000
• First Officers: $2,500

Commuting roster option:

• 6 weeks ON - 2 weeks OFF (no annual leave, 14-day medical leave)
• Basic salary and Type allowance will be prorated.
