ATR72 Captains, Line Captains and Examiners needed in India

A new venture in India will start operations on ATR72-600 in April this year and they are looking for professional and experienced Captains, Line Captains and Examiners rated on ATR72. 

We are looking for:

• Captains 
• Line Train Captains 
• Examiners (TRE) 

All type rated and current, the contract will be for 3 years! 

For Captains:

• Hold a current and valid FAA/EASA/CAA Airline Transport Pilots Licence 
• ATR 72-600 type rating 
• First Class Medical Certificate issued by EASA/FAA/CAA 
• At least 2,000 hours total time 
• Minimum of 1,000 PIC on any types 
• Minimum of 1000 hrs PIC on type
• Max AUW exceeding 5,700 kgs 
• Current IR & Pilot Proficiency Check 
• Minimum of 10 hours flying experience including at least 3 take off & landings within preceding 6 months, only on type / variant of aircraft OR
• Valid rating on type / variant and 3 take off & landings in preceding 90 days on simulator/aircraft 
• Minimum ICAO Level 5 English language proficiency 
• FRTOL (radio licence) or equivalent licence/document/authorisation 
• Certified copy of logbook & flying experience 

For Line Training Captains/ Check Pilots: (same as for captains plus)

• At least 2,000 hours total time 
• Minimum of 1,500 PIC on any types 
• Minimum of 1000 hrs PIC on type
• Valid rating on type / variant and 3 take off & landings in preceding 6 months only on type/variant of aircraft OR 
• Valid rating on type / variant and 3 take off & landings in preceding 90 days on simulator/aircraft 
• 100 Hours flight time in preceding 12 months 

For Examiners - TREs: (same as for captains plus) 

• At least 4000 hours total time 
• Minimum of 2,000 PIC on any types 
• Minimum of 1000 hrs PIC on type
• Instrument flight time 250 hrs
• Current IR & Pilot Proficiency Check
• Valid rating on type / variant and 3 take off & landings in preceding 6 months only on type/variant of aircraft OR 
• Valid rating on type / variant and 3 take off & landings in preceding 90 days on simulator/aircraft 
• 100 Hours flight time in preceding 12 months

• Candidates must complete an Indian medical within 3 months of issuing of Foreign aircrew temporary authorisation (FATA). This is an oral
• exam Must pass an Indian air regulation example (multiple choice exam) paper for which the airline will provide training.
• All associated fees paid including Indian medical. Candidates will need to travel to Delhi and hotel, meals,
• tickets etc. provided by Zett Fly Aviation Private Ltd. 

• Security Clearance paperwork Document collection evaluation will take approx.45 days to 2 months
• Apply for Indian employment visa – then candidates come to India. This visa is valid for 12 months – tickets will be provided by Zett Fly
• Aviation Private Ltd to allow candidates return home to renew if necessary
• Full training – 2 months, (includes dangerous goods x2 days, security x6 days etc)
