● Valid licensefor EASA FCL ATPL(A)/ EASA FCL CPL(A) + ATPL theory - copy

● Valid medical EASA Part-FCL Class 1 medicalcertificate - copy

● The last 4 pages of pilot flying logbook

● Valid international European passport or equivalent

●  Proof of ICAO English proficiency level Proficiency 4 and/or higher

● Certificate that the person has not been convicted

● References from previous employers

● Current photo
