Job Description
  • Valid ICAO ATPL
  • A320 NEO, A330, or A350 type rating
  • Ability to relocate to Taiwan

ALG is currently hiring Captains on behalf of a leading international airline to join their expanding A320 NEO, A330, and other Airbus fleet based in Taiwan.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation, relocation support, and long-term career growth potential.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate aircraft in full compliance with aviation regulations and company SOPs
  • Lead flight deck operations and ensure safety and efficiency across all phases of flight
  • Conduct flight planning, performance calculations, pre-flight/post-flight inspections, and reporting
  • Supervise and mentor First Officers and coordinate closely with cabin crew
  • Participate in recurrent training and maintain currency in type and regulatory standards
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, CRM, and decision-making skills in line with airline standards

 

Job Requirements:

  • Valid ICAO ATPL
  • A320 NEO, A330, or A350 type rating
  • Minimum total and command hours (1500 hrs) as per airline requirements
  • ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or above
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Ability to relocate to Taiwan and commit to the commuting roster
