Caravan Captains

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Senior Captain on type and or has the right attributes to lead the fleet agenda.
• Must have been a Safarilink employee for at least one year. Have thorough knowledge of the Company's operations manual and KCAA regulations that are applicable to
• flight operations.
• Should have a good safety and conduct record.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES

• Must be hardworking and highly disciplined
• Computer literate and competent at general IT applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Skilled at managing interpersonal conflicts, both on the ground and in-flight, maintaining a cohesive team dynamic.
• Ability to work unsupervised. Strong Leadership skills.
• Willing to take up instructional and checking duties.
• Ability to deal with pilots in a fair and diplomatic manner.
• Excellent knowledge on the aircraft including performance.
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, with a focus on proactive safety measures and continuous improvement.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest
• advancements in aviation technology, safety protocols, and industry trends.
• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, transparency, and professionalism, setting an example for the entire fleet.
