Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI)

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) at the F AIR flight school.

Job Description:

• Development, organization, and delivery of theoretical instruction for the school’s students/clients in accordance with the applicable syllabi; creation of new courses
• Supervision of all theoretical knowledge instructors, organizing standardization training with TKIs, and supporting their professional development
• Creation and maintenance of unified syllabi and materials for all theoretical instruction in compliance with EASA regulations and school requirements
• Management of theoretical training for CPL, MPL, and ATPL courses, including quality assurance
• Development and management of our e-learning and e-exam platforms
• Collaboration with aviation experts on the ongoing development of educational programs
• Communication with the Civil Aviation Authority
• Internal and external reporting for Czech and international clients (airlines)
• Cooperation with instructors and students from both the Czech Republic and abroad

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a TKI or from an airline environment
• Knowledge of aviation legislation, procedures, and relevant parts of EASA regulations
• Qualification to teach at least four ATPL subjects
• Experience in a CTKI role at a flight school is an advantage
• Experience with managing or using e-learning/LMS systems is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
