Job Description

Fiji Link is the official domestic carrier of Fiji, offering cheap domestic flights to twelve exciting destinations including Suva, Nadi, Labasa, Taveuni and Kadavu; as well as regionally to the Pacific Island nations of Tonga, Samoa, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.

Position
We are recruiting DHC6 Twin Otter Captains to work on an initial 12-month contract (extendable up to 3 years).
The ideal candidate will have training experience on the DHC6 or similar aircraft type. 
No age limit for this role!
Requirements

A Direct Entry DHC Captain must have:

  • 2,000 hrs Total Time in an Airplane
  • 1,000 hrs PIC ME RPT Turboprop experience (Multi-Engine Regular Public Transport)
  • A valid frozen ATPL or full ATPL
  • Prefer a type in a DHC6 aircraft or equivalent (Saab340, Cessna SkyCourier, Shorts 330 – 360, Harbin Y-12, Metroliner.
  • A valid Class 1 medical Certificate
  • A Multi-engine Instrument Rating
  • English Proficiency Level 5 or above
  • Valid Passport

Terms
  • Contract length: 3 years renewable
  • Operating base: Nadi, FIJI
  • Remuneration: FJD 144,000 per annum
  • Accommodation allowance: FJD 2,000 per month
    • A single hotel accommodation will be provided for the first 2 weeks after the pilot’s arrival to Fiji.
  • Roster: 20 days ON – 8 days OFF
  • 70 monthly block hours
