We are looking for EASA B737NG Captains for an immediate start, on a 02-year renewable contract.
General:
- Current EASA ATPL
- Class 1 Medical
- Current Command Type Rating with B737 IR
- 3,500 Total flying hours
- Preferably 1,000 PIC hours on B737NG
- Last flight within last 12 months
- Rights to live and work in EU

- Contract period: 2 years (renewable)
- Immediate start until 31st October 2027
- Self-employment
- Screening date:
- October/November 2025
- OCC dates: November, December 2025
- Bases: India/Cameroon in the Winter (from October - May) - Europe in the Summer (from June - September)
- Basic salary (based on 40 monthly minimum block hours): €6,800 per month + €180/hour (for over 40 hours) + Bonuses
- The more you fly, the better pay you get.
- As an example, based on an average of 85 flying hours: €15,400 per month
- Basic payment during ground school: €5,000 per month (on commencement of Ground School and finish upon successful completion of Operator Conversion Course SIM)
- Roster: 20 days ON – 10 days OFF
10 consecutive days off per month will be guaranteed!
- Accommodation provided in India & Cameroon.
- Stay & Travel Allowance in Europe: €500 per month
- Travel Allowance:
- MyID Travel Available to pilot and also for up to 4 family members for a duration of contract. Pilot is responsible to reach the airlines base.
- Transport from/to assigned home base to the main base during 20 days pattern will be paid by the airline.
- Ground transport
- Additional costs: Costs incurred for the induction of the worker into operation, e.g. Security clearance etc will be paid by the airline.
- Contract period: 2 years (renewable)
