Position

We are looking for Direct Entry Captains with EASA Licence. 

Type training will be provided by the airline.

Requirements
  • Valid EU ATPL license
  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1
  • ICAO English 4 or higher
  • At least 4,000 total flight hours of CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems
  • At least 2,000 hours on multi-pilot/engine turbine airplane (CS-25)
  • At least 1,000 hours of Command experience on a CS-25 aircraft
Terms
  • Employment: Full time 3-month probation period
  • Type-rating covered with a 3-year bond

Roster options (effective from 1st January 2026):

1. Commuting roster with 13 days ON - 10 days OFF (in a row) - EU residents only

You will be assigned a home base in Europe, and it will change based on the airline's operational needs

  • Monthly salary: Annual guaranteed base salary from €96,390 gross up to €106,590. Depending on your previous experience, with planned productivity up to €130,800 per annum average.
  • Flying Payment: €200 per day (increasing every year)
  • Accommodation and positioning flights provided

2. Base Rosters - Open to non-EU residents

  • Flexible roster with a minimum of 10 days off per calendar month and limited layovers or
  • Fixed roster with a 5 days ON - 3 days OFF pattern and no layover restrictions
  • Monthly salary: Annual guaranteed base salary from €113,400 up to €125,400. Depending on your previous experience, with planned productivity up to €153,680 per annum average.
  • Flying Payment: €200 per day (increasing every year)

General

We open to all nationalities for the Base roster, as long as you hold a valid EASA Licence. 

Application Process

Assessment process: If you meet the minimum requirements – we will send you all the selection details and invite you to the assessment process. 

  • Online test (40-minute long): logical reasoning + personality related tasks

If online test in passed, then you will be invited to onsite assessment, which consists of 2 stages (2 days):

1st day

  1. SIM assessment + Technical interview
  2. Computer test that measures cognitive abilities - takes 4 hours to complete

If first day is passed then

2nd day

  1. Psychological assessment (personality test + interview with psychologist)
  2. Management interview with HR and Chief pilot.
