EASA Direct Entry Captains required in Europe - Joining bonus of €15K

Airline

Our airline client is a fast-growing, established, innovative carrier based in Europe, consisting of young and modern fleet. 

We are looking for Direct Entry Captains with EASA Licence. 

Type training will be provided by the airline. 

• Valid EU ATPL license
• Valid EASA Medical Class 1
• ICAO English 4 or higher
• At least 4,000 total flight hours of CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA and FMS systems
• At least 2,000 hours on multi-pilot/engine turbine airplane (CS-25)
• At least 1,000 hours of Command experience on a CS-25 aircraft

Terms:

• Starting date: April - May 2025
• Employment: Full time 3-month probation period
• Type-rating covered with a 3-year bond
• Working Base: Europe
• ***Joining Bonus: €15,000*** 
• Monthly Remuneration (before tax - tax rate at 33%):
• 1st Year: €7,500 (base salary*) + €1,840 (productivity**) + €450 (Duty trip compensation**)
• 3rd Year: €8,300 + €2,070 + €450
• 5th Year: €8,900 + €2,090 + €450

* Guaranteed payment for a full month worked

** Average monthly

• Flexible roster: at least 11 days off per month, with 2 blocks of 4 days off
• Possible to bid for preferred days off and flights
• Roster for the next month published 14 calendar days in advance
