Job Description

Position Overview:
In-Flight Crew Connections is seeking a Falcon 2000 PIC for a Pt. 91 Flight Department in Eastern Michigan.  We are looking for a pilot interested in flying approximately 200 hours per year with an estimated 30-40 overnights per year.  The candidate must be a team player who desires a family style work environment dedicated to safety and service for the customer.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4000 minimum hours total time 
  • 500 hours jet time
  • 2500 hours multi-engine time
  • 1500 hours turbine time
  • 500 hours PIC or 1000 hours SIC
  • Falcon 2000 Type Rating
  • MEL, ATP, and instrument current
  • First class medical
  • Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license
  • Restricted Radio Telephone Operator Permit
  • Must reside within 1 hour of West Michigan Regional Airport (KBIV) or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe operation of aircraft and compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain safety-first culture with excellent customer service.
  • Handle all principal information with the utmost discretion.
  • Supervise Second in Command and delegate clear duties
  • Make informed decisions as needed, including delays or route changes.
  • Prepare or oversee accurate, compliant flight plans.
  • Follow all FAA, state, and local regulations.
  • Report any suspected FAA violations promptly to the Chief Pilot.
  • Ensure proper passenger briefings and ground transport are in place.
  • Oversee passenger entry protocols on international flights.
  • Complete all post-flight documentation.
  • Coordinate with Scheduling and Maintenance.
