Requirements
- At least one year of aviation experience.
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP certificate with multi-engine rating per the FAR 61.160.
- 1500 hrs. TT or 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP. 100 hours Multi Engine.
- Must have a First or Second class medical.
- Restricted radio operators permit.
- Must have previous practical experience and adaptable to systems and procedures.
- Must be highly skilled in all areas of aircraft operations with current FAA certificates as required to operate company aircraft.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and US Passport.
Join Casey's Aviation team as a First Officer - Corporate Pilot! As a First Officer, you'll report directly to the Chief Pilot and collaborate closely with the Captain on each flight, ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Second-in-Command (SIC) duties in compliance with aircraft limitations, Federal Aviation Regulations, flight manual procedures, and company policies and procedures.
- Assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the operation and flight of the aircraft.
- Maintain a safe and efficient culture within the workplace, providing excellent customer service to passengers.
- Assist with aircraft preflight, records, and flight documents as needed.
- Complete required annual training for company aircraft, along with other assigned training and corporate requirements.
- Prepared to assume inflight duties of PIC if the PIC becomes incapacitated.
- Support passenger needs such as ground transportation, catering, and baggage handling.
- Assist the Captain with discharge safety responsibilities.
- Stay up to date on the Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and aircraft training manuals.

Compensation:
Starting pay range: $73,500 - $96,500. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance.
