Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality flight instruction in accordance with Saxon Air's standards and UK CAA aviation regulations.
• Mentor and guide student pilots, helping them develop their skills and confidence while acquiring their PPL and associated ratings.
• Participate in regular training activities within Saxon Air.
• Contribute to the safety and operational excellence of all our flight operations.

Qualifications:

• Current UK flight Instructor rating, FI or AFI.
• Current UK CAA medical (as required)
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo further training and development within the aviation industry.
• As part of the recruitment for this role, candidates must be willing to undergo psychometric testing prior to appointment.
