- Simulator training as instructor (SFI/TRI) on modern A320 simulators
- Holding theoretical training sessions for our pilots
- Evaluating training performance and providing targeted support for our crews

Requirements
In addition to your strong training skills and ability to work in a team, you will need the following for this vacancy:
- EASA ATPL with valid TRI/SFI authorization for the A320
- Several years of training experience as SFI/TRI on the A320
- High social and didactical competence
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Willingness for continuous training and development
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
