Job Description
Collaborative and interactive flight department is seeking full-time Gulfstream G-200 pilots based near the San Francisco Bay Area. Pilots will perform Part 135 or Part 91 flight assignments on domestic itineraries with limited international operations. Flight schedules begin development 45-days in advance for calendar months, however our charter client flying itineraries do change. Company operations involve no short-notice pop-up flights and our working environment is acknowledged as one of the most supportive on-demand flight departments due to a controlled schedule and professional company culture.
Applicants must be highly experienced in corporate aviation, having a minimum total time of 6,000 hours, 3,000 hours total PIC time, and no less than 2,000 hours of jet time.
Pilots who submit their resume should be available immediately, currently living in Northern California, or have a personal and strong desire to relocate to Northern California (within 2 to 3 hours of our aircraft base) as soon as possible. Because we do not do pop-up flights, we allow our staff much greater flexibility in where they live and much greater predictability of flight schedules. Average duty days range from 12 to 15 days per month.
We are seeking intelligent, well-balanced, and skilled aviators who take great pride in themselves and their work. The winning candidate will have an incident-free record, possess natural superb customer service skills, be intrinsically optimistic, and proud of their proven team-player skills. Please begin this relationship by providing us with a well-written, creative cover letter and current resume with experience breakdown and salary expectations. Our interview process will be comprehensive, intense, like nothing you have seen before, but enjoyable.
We look forward to meeting you.
